The Quran contains at least 109 passages that contact Muslims to war with nonbelievers for the benefit of Islamic concept.  Some are quite visual, with instructions to make off leads and fingertips and destroy the infidels wherever they may be concealing.  Muslims who have not been a part of the battle are known as 'hypocrites' and cautioned that Allah will deliver them to Terrible if they do not be a part of the slaughter.

"killing one human being is as if one has killed all of humanity" HUMAN BEING not MUSLIM. Killing 1 person is one of the few major sins in Islam that can prevent onw from entering paradise.

Islam views Christianity and Judaism as religions of Allah as well, Islam just came to continue the teaching of Prophet Jesus and Prophet Moses.

One of the 10 commandments of Islam, similar to Chritianity and Judaism, is that one should treat their neighbor (not "Muslim neighbor", but NEIGHBOR) with as mouch love as one has for oneself.

"He who does not love Allahs creations does not love Allah" - again, not the use of "creations" which refers to everyone, all humans, plants, and animals, not just Muslims.

Unlike many religions, Islam acknowledges the use of violence. It acknowledges the fact that states, communities, etc. will go to war. So it set guidelines/Laws. The most important one being that a muslim cannot attack an enemy (be they muslim or nonmuslim) unless they have broken a contract or agreement, and all other non violent tactics have failed. in islam, you are also allowed to use violence in self defence.

now whether "muslim" groups or governments abide by these rules or not does not reflect on the teachings of islam. if they murder, they will be punished for their actions. if they opress non muslims, they will be held accountable.

the Prophet Muhammed pbuh, when he made the constitution of medina, he created peace between the muslims and jews and did not opress the jewish population. he made a fair agreement between the 2 communities in which they both agreed upon and signed.

and these are just points off the top of my head from Quran/Hadith that give Muslims rules and guidelines as to how they should treat people.

i can elaborate on specific points/specific questions you have, or even do some quick research.
