Why Muslims eat with their hands?

Why Muslims eat with their bare hand? Why dont they use fork, knife and spoon?

I see 3 reasons for this:

1- It is a cultural tradition.

2- Because Muhammad was eating with his hands so they kept the tradition which became a religious tradition (also a sunna) now.

3- The idea is based on the opposition to western culture. So i mean like if they use fork and knife we dont use it!
