Assalam alaikom, after sunset today (iftar) I took 2 anti anxiety pills(Xanax )that I usually can take for my anxiety and panic attacks, now its been an hour since sunrise, and I feel extremely weak and dehydrated. Would allay forgive me if I break my fast??

I'm 18 years old, diagnosed with adhd with bipolar tendencies.

i stopped using them a week before Ramadan started but this time I slipped and did it. I took double the amount and now I feel like a walking zombie. Also very dehydrated and weak.

Would allah forgive me if I break my fast today and fast it after Ramadan?

please help I need answers... Thanks
