what is the best and quickest way for my muslim fiance to obtain a visa from algeria to U.S.?

trying to find the quickest and best way, while still being honest, to get my fiance from algeria to u.s.

I choose this category because I believe this is the reason it is so hard to obtain a visa. If i am wrong please correct me.

I don't know about algeria, but I am in the same situation with turkey. So far the easiest way would be tourist visa and then applying once you enter the U.S. but this has a big risk behind it. If they don't accept him, then you would have a problem. if you are american, then it would be easier once you two get married. Then you would have to partision for him.

Your right it is a risk getting a tourist visa because if they suspect fraud the U.S. can stop him from ever trying to come back. Anyways we applied for a K1 visa a month and a half ago and are waiting, waiting, waiting. I suppose it's always best to be honest especially when it comes to the ones we love. Given unforseen circumstance going on in North Africa at this time it would be very risky to marry on a tourist visa.

Just a quick update for those that may be interested. We are now in the 5th month of the first stage of k1 visa. The waiting is torture, we have been apart now for these 5 months and it has been like 5 years. It was a piece of cake getting my visa to go to him so 3 more weeks and 4 more days and I will be in Algeria insha allah.
