Yes the Quran affirm that the Bible is the preserved Word of God. However the Quran and their belief denies the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ. The Quran is in error since it affirms the preservation and authority of the Bible while denying one of it's teaching. This shows that the Quran is the work of entity to prevent men from embracing the cross of Christ for salvation while also trying to prove the credibility of the puranic message by appealing to the Holy Bible.
