Each and every person in this globe is not in favor of keeping serenity and balance. There are many, who would affect it for their own interested passions. Sometimes power has to be used to sustain serenity. It is accurately because of this that we have the cops who use power against scammers and anti-social components to sustain serenity in the nation. Islam encourages serenity. Simultaneously, Islam exhorts its supporters to battle where there is oppression. The battle against oppression may, at periods, need the use of power. In Islam power can only be used to advertise serenity and rights.

I think not all muslims are in the war, maybe some of them are forced (or is their will) when they are in a more fundamentalist society as The Taliaban. In other Muslim countries there is not violence is the same degree.

Afganihsthan, the most violent sitiation was by Al Qaeda.

Iraq, invaded by USA for petroleum.

Other countries have internal issues by corrupt govern, but they are not in war with other countries.

Other countrues have a realative peace.
