Wuzu, Wudhu, Wudu, Ablution, Abolution

is

The wash you do before you pray or before you go in front of God. Here is step by step explanation...

1- Say "Bismillah" first then you tell God that your intention in washing yourself is for him.

2- Wash hands and wrists.

3- Wash your arms including your elbows.

4- Rinse your mouth 3 times.

5- Rinse the inner nose by sniffing the water and blowwing it out 3 times.

6- Washing your face and then your forehead.

7- Washing your ears with your fingers by inserting them in.

8- Washing the back side of your neck with your hands.

9- Washing your feet. Especially between your toes.

- You can pray many different prays during this but none is mandatory (farz). You can say the Shahada for example after the wash also.

- The water you wash can not be some dirty or previously used water. It should be clean (unused) water.

The Food (6)

O you who believe! when you rise up to prayer, wash your faces and your hands as far as the elbows, and wipe your heads and your feet to the ankles; and if you are under an obligation to perform a total ablution, then wash (yourselves) and if you are sick or on a journey, or one of you come from the privy, or you have touched the women, and you cannot find water, betake yourselves to pure earth and wipe your faces and your hands therewith, Allah does not desire to put on you any difficulty, but He wishes to purify you and that He may complete His favor on you, so that you may be grateful.

I think this is it. Hope it helps.
