I am not %100 sure but i think Sharia Law is the Law of the Holy Book Quran. So if a government uses Quran as their justice system and sentence people based on the options in Quran that is Sharia Law.
For example if a person steals something Quran says cut his hand off and Sharia Law really does cut his hand off.
