As a convert I often feel judged and watched more closly by the muslim community. Why is this? am I just being paronoid?

Of curse they do. They think they know better and more so they feel like they have right to judge "The New Guy"

Even though Islam states clearly that you cant judge other persons believe and you never know who will go to hell and who will to heaven

I'm a revert as well. You have to have thick skin. I know it's hard, especially if you just recently reverted. But stay strong. For me it was the hardest becauze you expect the muslim community to reach out and accept you, but often times they just sit back and judge what kind of muslim you may or may not be. And since you just converted, most of your friends and family pull away because they don't understand. Like I said, just stay strong. Allah is the only one allowed to judge you.
