I dont think its easy for them to like American (militaristic) occupation in the middle east for any reason. So i dont think general Islamic public like that American Army gave "freedom" to Iraqies.
However i have seen many Iraqis that are happy about the situation because they hated Saddam so much. But im pretty sure, most arabs, turks and afhgans are very against to it. Iranian people may have liked the result though.
