This question had been answered repeatedly. It is required that women cover themselves to protect their modesty and to honor the treasure of their husband. The more they cover the closer they feel to Allah. It is a choice not a compulsion so often you will see muslim women with no covering or partial covering. This is between the woman and Allah.
