Cheating in Islam?

What does Quran say about cheatig in Islam? Im sure its prohibited but what are the details of it? I mean is it same for a guy and girl? What if your wife or husband have sexual problems?

All i know is that it is strictly prohibited for any reason for a man or for a woman. I dont think there would be any exceptional reason apply to this rule. I know in some Islamic countries people put to death because of cheating.
