Yes. But you shouldnt think as how it is in Christianity. There are Sunnies, Shias, Alevis, Sufis, Ahmadi Muslims and i think thas all. They each have their own minor differences (as how you should pray, is Ali a prophet etc.) but they are very very similar on basis to each other.
