Who has to sacrifice sheep/goat/camel/cow etc. in Islam? Do they have to sacrifice one every year?

Yes. If the person is rich based on Islamic Law (Sharia), he has to sacrifice one every year. I dont think it is so mandatory as it is not one of the 5 pillars of Islam. But it is required.
