Why muslim women dont drive cars?

I have been noticing that most muslim women dont drive cars. I mean of course there are some exceptions but most of them just dont drive. Why is that?

most Muslim women do drive cars only in Saudi Arabia they are banned from doing so. most Islamic scholars see no harm for women to drive cars.

If you look at the statistics, most muslim women dont drive cars. Because they are taught to be "The Housewife and servant to their husband." They cant be so free and liberal. The muslim society just wont let them be.

But of course there are some Muslim women who drives cars thinking they are modern and liberal. But i see those people just exceptions in Muslim society.
