Do Afghan people really rape boys as a tradition?

I have seen on some documentations and also some movies that Afghan people sexually abuse, penetrate even rape little boys as a tradition. Is this right? and why would they do such an act? Are they really Muslims? Is there anything in Islam says something about this action?

I am not an Afghan but i have heard this is partly right. Because the ladies considered Holy and untouchable until marriage, They do their needs on guys.
