Depends on the muslim. Like my family celebrates Christmas, but we celebrate the christmas with santa and a christmas tree, where as Christmas has a different meaning for christians.
I know a few muslim families that do not celebrate it at all, because we have our own celebrations, and they feel like christmas may influence the children to stray away from their own religion and become more westernized.
